Termination of Free Email Service/Termination de Services Courriel Sans Frais
As you know by now we have changed our Web Service provider in an effort to reduce the costs of operation. The email service which was provided in the past will no longer be provided. The cost of providing such email service is prohibitive considering that email service can be obtained through other means at no cost. We apologize for lack of advanced warning and regret any inconvenience that this may have caused over the last few weeks. We thank you for your understanding and would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family the best in the new year.
Vous aurez pu constater que nous avons changé de pourvoyeur de service internet. Cette décision a été prise dans le but de réduire les frais d’opération. Par ailleurs, le service de courriel “@rmcclub.ca” précédemment offert n’est maintenant plus disponible. Le coût de ce service était prohibitif compte tenu que tous peuvent se prévaloir de services courriel sans frais par l’entremise d’autres fournisseurs. Nous présentons nos excuses aux usagers pour l’absence de préavis adéquat, et nous regrettons les inconvénients que vous avez subis ces dernières semaines en conséquence de cet état de chose. Nous vous remercions pour votre compréhension, et nous profitons de cette occasion pour souhaiter à vous et aux vôtres tous nos meilleurs vœux pour le Nouvel An.
